1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GreenRide UAE’s website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to:
  • Browse and purchase products from our website
  • Download product information for personal use
  • Create an account and manage your orders
  • Contact customer support for assistance
This license shall NOT permit you to:
  • Modify or copy our materials without permission
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our software
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notations

3. Product Information & Pricing

Product Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

Note: Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings.
Pricing Policy
  • All prices in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Price Match: We offer competitive pricing and price matching on identical products.

  • Abu Dhabi – Next day delivery
  • Sharjah – Next day delivery
  • Other Emirates – 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs
  • Free shipping on orders over AED 2,000
  • Standard delivery: AED 50–100
  • Express delivery: AED 150–200
  • Installation service available

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable.

Eligible for Returns:
  • Unused products (in original packaging)
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped
Non-Returnable:
  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products without original packaging
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Warranty & Support

Covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
  • Update your information when necessary.
Account Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.

  • For any unlawful purpose or activity
  • To violate any international, federal, or local laws
  • To impersonate another person or entity
  • To interfere with our service operations
  • To collect user information without consent
  • To infringe intellectual property rights

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GreenRide UAE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use our service.
Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If needed, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Notification: We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent website notices.
