Walk-ins are also welcome, but priority is given to customers with confirmed appointments.

Warranty & Repairs

If your product is under warranty, please bring:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
  • Physical product and all accessories

Warranty repairs are handled with priority and usually processed within 3–5 business days.
