1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (UAE):
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): Same-day or next-day delivery
International Shipping:
- Delivery times range from 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
- Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all UAE orders over AED 2000
- Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders and are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping charges vary based on location and weight.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners such as:
- Aramex
- DHL
- FedEx
- Local UAE couriers
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- High order volumes during holidays
- Incomplete or incorrect address information
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
