We stand behind the quality of our products and services. All items purchased from Greenride Trading are covered by a  1 year  warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues

✅ Example: Electronics, batteries, or vehicle components will be repaired or replaced free of charge if proven faulty due to manufacturing issues within the warranty period.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Consumable parts (e.g. batteries, filters, etc.)
  • Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

Response Time: Most warranty claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees for sending the product to us may apply, depending on your location and warranty type.
  • Repaired or replaced items will be shipped back to you at no additional cost (in most cases).

5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or financial losses.
